Class Description
This class is EXCLUSIVELY for our clients who hold an existing personal training package with FORM Personal Training Ltd. Cardio & Compound 40 is a 40 minute circuit comprising of mainly cardio & compound movements these movements are the most effective in burning calories 🔥 Example moves: cardio: Rowing, running, battle ropes, and assault bike. Compound:Dead lifts, Squats, Rows plus Abs. 500 calories are easily burnt in this class 🔥 All abilities can attend, these are very small groups and a level 3 personal trainer will always take the session. Myzone is available in the studio and belts to track calories are available to purchase in the studio. This class is held every Sunday at 9:30am & 10:30am.
